Pan-Roasted New Potatoes

Ingredients

olive oil

freshly ground Himalayan sea salt
|
|

freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Preheat grill to medium high heat. Toss potatoes with olive oil and place in cast iron pan. Season with freshly ground salt and black pepper. Place pan on grill and cover; stir and cook potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes. Potatoes are done when easily pierced with a fork. Carefully remove cast iron pan from grill and serve.
Alternatively, potatoes can be cooked in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees F.
