Pizza Pasta Salad
Yield: Makes 3-4 servings
Ingredients

(9 oz.) 3-cheese tortellini

green bell pepper, cut into strips
|
|
|
| 1 |
cup |
shredded Parmesan cheese
|
|
|
| 1/2 |
cup |
Italian dressing, any variety
|
|
|
| 1/2 |
pkg. |
(3 oz.) pepperoni slices (about 23 slices)
|
|
|
Directions:
Prepare pasta as directed on package. Rinse wwith cold water; drain. Toss pasta and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
